Please note that regular mail (tea, spices, miscellaneous goods, accessories) and cool mail cannot be shipped together. Please place separate orders.

  • Nationwide except Kyushu, Okinawa Prefecture and Hokkaido: 800 yen
  • Kyushu/Hokkaido: 1,100 yen
  • Okinawa Prefecture: Shipping fee 1,100 yen + shipping fee 1,500 yen
  • For remote islands, actual expenses will be charged separately. Free shipping for orders over 10,000 yen (excluding tax). (For Kyushu and Hokkaido, a long-distance charge of 300 yen will be charged. For Okinawa, a long-distance charge of 300 yen and a relay fee will be charged.)
