Keema curry recipe for 6 people
・Keema curry powder ・Dal beans ・Calapincha (curry leaves) ・Starter spice (mustard, fenigreek) ・Seasoning spice
・380g minced pork ・1 medium onion (180g) ・1 medium tomato (canned 180g is also OK) ・50g green beans or green peas Appropriate amounts of garlic and ginger )・edible oil
・Pot, one-handed pot, bowl, kitchen knife, cutting board, colander, wooden spatula
1. Wash the dal beans as if washing rice.
Soak in water for 10-30 minutes
2. Chop the onion
3. Add spices for seasoning to minced meat
