1. Peel the prawns, devein them and season with seasoning spices and lemon juice.



2. Chop the onion

3. Boil 900cc of hot water in another pot, turn off the heat when it boils and add coconut milk.
Mix well with a whisk so that no lumps remain



4. Oil a 20 cm 2.8 liter pan with lid size,
Add the starter spices (mustard and fenigreek) and fry lightly.



When the mustard starts bouncing



Immediately add the finely chopped garlic and ginger and the onion from 2 and take your time.
Stir-fry until it becomes light brown and sweet without burning.



5. Add diced tomatoes and white curry powder to the pan



6. Pour the coconut milk from 3 through a strainer

(If there is a ball of coconut milk here, it will remain until the end)

Add laurel, mix well and start stewing



7. When it boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes without a lid.

8. Apply a small amount of oil to a frying pan and fry the seasoned shrimp from step 1 until cooked.
